IH Truck, 24’ dump bed, 20’ trailer dump bed, grain - livestock sides for both, hay hauler.

The 1973 IH cab over truck and trailer have been used as a hay truck for the last 7 years.

Numbers of the engine – family V71T Model 70877340 and Serial number 8VA259806 I have been told it is a 318 Detroit , and it has a Fuller Roadranger transmission. The miles are unknown.

Would like to sell the IH truck and the trailer together if possible. I am not a big truck person and do not know very much about them. Starts good, seems to run good. The box and hoist are good on the truck. I think most everything is in working order, jake, power divider, air seat, air to rear, hyd to rear, pintle hitch. Tires are good except one. I think the trailer is in good shape, some new tires, dumps good, has fold up grain sides, and doors in the floor. The bale racks are not included. Asking $7800 for both.

The bed on the truck is 24’ and the bed on the trailer is 20’ with a 10’ hitch for a total length of 30’ for the trailer. The long hitch extension is needed to reach under the truck bed. I dose not have power steering but turns rather easily when moving. Both the trailer and truck have twin ram hoists with power up and down. It has air brakes and air is plumed to the rear of the truck, hydraulics are also plumed to the rear. The truck and trailer also have livestock extensions for the sides. When used with hayrack you can haul 25 round bales without having to tie any on. As of the 3/24, new brakes and like new brake drums, and seals on the power, park axel.
