An upscale boutique in a lovely downtown Missoula location seeks full-time retail manager.

Must be a self-starter, enjoy sales and interracting with people; but also fine working alone, and staying busy without moment-by-moment direction. We have found that our company culture is a great place to thrive, if you are a mature and responsible person who enjoys learning new skills and gaining expertise.

A can do/will do attitude and the ability to effectively communicate via phone, email, and IM with main store and customers are both musts.
