Available now, within a 1st floor corner unit in a clean, well maintained, newer complex. We offer a 1 bedroom (furnished with queen bed and dresser / unfurnished at your option) with shared bathroom.
Prefer 45 + roommate but willing to discuss with other ages. $400 rent and $200 deposit, all utilities are included. No Pets, no smoking, excessive drinking; loud or abusive individuals will not be tolerated.
In our quiet 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment we currently we have one male and one female, both 50 +. Our roommate took a job in another state and has now moved on.
Apartment has washer dryer (in apartment), dishwasher, side by side fridge with ice maker, second fridge in utility room, Direct TV with DVR and WIFI. We are reasonably neat and expect same.
There may be an application fee to the apartment complex, we have new management and I am not sure at this time, however it was $20 with the last folks.
